Having spent years navigating the creative world as a dancer, model, choreographer, stylist, and creative director, founder Damarkus “Munny” Byrd identified a crucial missing link: talent was abundant, but professional refinement was scarce.

Munny built CEC on a foundational truth: training is the answer, and etiquette is the solution.
